1-Receives, examines and processes requisitions; prepares bid specifications and other necessary documents related to the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment.
2- Determining supplier’s ability to provide, within strict schedule commitments, high priority or complex technical products/or services
3- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, Request for Quotations, Request for Proposals and other related document
4- Compares costs and evaluates the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment
I was appointed in healthcare department, my duty was to install new equipments at different locations and to service the old ones as well.
