PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT:
 Strategic Planning: Determined the vision and mission for the supply chain department goals and objectives to be aware of the opportunities and challenges and setting up the business plan that ensure achieving those plans.
 Budget Planning: Set up annual budget that decreases expenses and generates revenues along with Inventory Management System using Safety Stock, Reordering Point (REP), Reorder Quantity (REQ) and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
 Supplier Management: Build and maintained a good relationship with suppliers to get the best price with the right quantity in appropriate time. Moreover, developed and implemented an approved supplier list and introduced vendor assessment techniques to measure performance and quality of supply.
 Product Pricing: Analyzed brands quotations and determined the most suitable product pricing.
 Expediting: Checked materials as per requisitions (REQ) and purchase orders (PO’s) with proper reporting (over/short/damage report).
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
 Retail Space Planning: Designed shop profiling system and appropriate brands mix, based on sales performance, ongoing demand and stock in hand to increase inventory turnover and profitability.
 Stock Management: Ensured the timely fulfilment of requirements and maintaining adequate and relevant stock levels at the store.
 Inventory Control: Established, implemented and developed the Distribution, Redistribution, Returns and Stock Depletion Plan to conserve costs and increase profit.
 Brand Categorization: Build a brand categorization plan based on the existing and potential customers that are consistent with the company's overall goals and strategies.
