Planning, organizing and controlling of over-all parts operations.
Supervise and guidance to the work of Supply and Logistics and warehouse work and analysis needed to develop the performance of their employees in order to ensure the achievement of objectives.

Procure items in adequate quantities, schedule and implementation of laws and regulations and instructions for the purpose of ensuring the achievement levels of Service.
Determine optimal inventory according to the rate of movement of items and be responsible for the Stock Efficiency.

Prepare Initial Order of new models.

Review of regular orders for branches and modify if necessary
Generate purchase orders and review of Back Order.

Inform the marketing section head in any future adjustments in the prices from suppliers.

Generate the weekly and monthly reports to reflect the status of work.
Work for all activities of sales for branches and implementation of laws and regulations and instructions of their own.
Supervision of the work of branches sales and review staffers of the purpose of ensuring the achievement of objectives.
Receipt of orders from branches VOR / DSO / Monthly Order, review and processing (PICKING LIST) and convert the warehouse to prepare the parts.
Branch order receiving and processing in charge.
Coordinating sales.
