Responsibilities includes:
 Manage multiple assignments, assessment of business and audit risk of engagements and provide deliverable on timely basis;
 Provide assistance to management in implementation of IFRS and other technical matters;
 Financial statement review and analysis; testing design and operating effectiveness of controls;
 Evaluate client internal control and procedural standards; identifying control deficiencies and making appropriate recommendations to management for the weaknesses identified;
 Provide training, guidance and technical assistance to the team; review of team’s work papers; evaluate their performance and provide feedback;
 Preparation of audit strategy, execution with in planned time and cost budget;
 Co-ordination with other Deloitte function teams on tax and other issues;

Responsibilities includes:
 Planning, supervision and review of the audit and other engagements to meet challenging deadlines;
 Conducted business and audit risk assessment through client meetings and via research and analysis and cumulative audit knowledge established over the years of audit field work;
 Involved in the budgeting of audit engagements and managing the cost recoveries on them;
 Involved in staff planning on engagements ensuring that appropriate staff is booked on clients;
 Co-ordination with experts / professionals in various fields like legal, actuarial and IT;

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Managing, planning, supervision and review of financial audits.
• Foreign reporting in accordance with instructions of the Group Auditors.
• Communicating audit progress and findings by providing information in status meetings; highlighting unresolved issues; reviewing working papers; preparing final audit reports.
• Responsible for providing excellent client service through effective project/engagement management, and balancing the same with approved time and cost budgets.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations to improve establishment’s accounting and management practices, control and system.
• Assessing risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance; evaluating manual and automated financial processes; identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies
