Responsibilities:
Site inspections for civil and architectural works
Material inspections and approval of MIRs
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are
as per specifications & contract
Issuing site instructions & NCRs against any violation on
site
Checking drawings and quantities for the accuracy of
calculations
Coordination with the QA/QC department
Coordination with the MEP department
Attending periodic meetings with contractor & client

Ministry of Education Schools Projects in Al Ehsaa Region
Project Details:
• The project comprises of 2 educational complexes & 18 schools in Al Ehsaa Region
• These projects are under the supervision of AJ Saudi Consultants & client on behalf of Ministry of Education is Tatweer Building Company (TBC).
Responsibilities & Duties (Consultant):
• Site inspections for civil & architectural works
• Ensuring that all the work is according to the project specifications & issued construction drawings
• Inspection of site at regular intervals to monitor progress
• Issuing site instructions against violations on site
• Ensuring the quality of work
• Safety at site
• Provide technical support for construction efforts
• Coordination with the site staff towards smooth execution of work
• Review and update activities
• Review BOQ quantities and invoices submitted by the contractors
Project:
King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Housing Expansion Project, Thuwal, Jeddah
Project Details:
• The main project comprises of 300 villas, 4 parks, infrastructure & landscaping work
• Total 81 clusters in various sizes consisting of 2, 4 or 6 villas
Responsibilities & Duties:
Executing and monitoring construction site progress; planning and directing the execution of technical, economical and administrative functions of project
Managing teams and sub-contractors as well as coordinating with MEP team; presenting site condition and development details to clients and consultants
Collaborating and interacting with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants
Preparing architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements; studying and assessing drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects
Managing deliverables on time and within the budget as well as adhering to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company
Handling cost of materials estimation, report and document tracking, project documentation, invoice/agreement verification and building permit applications
Attending periodic meetings with the managers, consultants and clients
Fulfilling project requirements by training and guiding operators
Ensuring health and safety and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to

Construction of Al Rajhi Bank Headquarters, Riyadh
Project Details:
• The main project comprises of 4 basement levels, 10+roof floors of parking podium and 36 storey grade A office tower
• The primary project consists of concrete columns and post tensioned concrete slabs
• The façade of project comprises of a curtain wall, core wall façade, roof skylight lobby entrance glass and ground level walkway façade between tower and car park

Project Details:
• A 2640 MW thermal power plant
• It has total 4 units
• Comprising boiler area, STG area, jetty area, tank area, central control building, electrical building, FGD area, admin area, water treatment plant area, electro chlorination building etc.
