Core responsibilities include thorough understanding of business process and communication design and creating system design and architecture using latest tools and technologies making sure better performance and scalability of the system.
Leading different teams of software engineers/architects for accomplishing different projects small, medium to large scale, developing customized applications, using latest trends and technologies within the assigned deadlines.
Also responsible for the activation of the assigned project.
Responsible for performance evaluation of team, involved in activities involving motivation of team.
Responsible for departmental activities of hiring new people and training of existing team.
Responsible for research on latest trends and technologies for improvement in company processes and department functions at any level.
