This position requires working within the internal IT Server team in configuring different Server
technologies. This position requires an engineer to collaborate with a technical team to develop IT
strategy, plan, implement, maintain and manage Server and Storage Systems technologies in
Datacenter that enable IT services required for reliability and safety.
Responsible for developing the medium to long term IT strategy for the Server and Storage
technologies, which include: Cloud (Public, Private and Hybrid), virtualization, Server hardware with
Operating system, SAN Storage, Backup & Recovery etc.
Managed the professional and efficient: System Administration, operations, documentation,
maintenance and support of the above systems and ensured restricted access to the production
environments of these systems in compliance with the ID and Access Management policies.
Set up the full Public Key Infrastructure for the Ministry of Interior along with the configuration and
implementation of the Credential Management System (CMS- HID).
Successfully implemented the VMware Technology for the Clients- VMware VSphere and VMware
Horizon
Providing flexible Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and defining steps to meet faster Recovery Time
Objectives (RTO) with the implementation of effective Continuous Data Protection Capabilities so
that the company’s vital data is safeguarded.
Domain Related Tasks: Domain Creation, User Account Configuration, Organizational Structure,
Domain Grouping & Group Policy Management.
Configuration and Installation of Hyper-V Role on Windows Server 2012 and 2019. Creating and
setting up new virtual machines. Monitoring performance of Virtual machines, Terminal Server-
Configuration and support.
Print Server Setup, Printer redirection (local and network), Application support and troubleshooting.
Worked as Azure Cloud Administrator to implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure
solutions, including major services related to compute, storage, and network security,

Experience in the area of Software Testing (Manual and Automation) with solid understanding of
Test Planning, Test case Identification, Recording, Test Execution and Defect Reporting & Tracking.
Proficient in Test Automation using Selenium Tools and creating scripts in Selenium Web Driver by
using Java.
The Senior Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) is responsible for configuring and testing Aon
Hewitt's proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System based on analysis documents of
client requirements. Configuring involves using graphical user interface tools to customize code to fix
a system defect or update the system per change orders. Responsible for testing the code and
debugging issues/defects prior to the code being moved to production.
Job Responsibilities
Reviews analysis documents prepared by the Systems Analyst and configures (using graphic user
interface tools) the TBA System to fix a system defect or complete a client request/change.
Completes high level testing to ensure no major defects are in the code.
Executes test plan (including regression testing) by identifying/creating test participants and
performing calculations for expected results. Determines if configuration performs accurately,
reflects requirements, and has zero negative impact to existing provisions.
Document defects when actual results do not meet expected results.
Analyzes issues/defects and debugs the system when configuration is not producing expected
results. Researches issues to determine if source of error is with the test data, test plan, or
configuration.
Resolves issues with test cases or set-up and re-tests configuration. Escalates issues as needed.
Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles/concepts.
Interpret and understand conditional statements (i.e., If/Then/Else).
Apply basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys).
Knowledge of and ability to write basic SQL and DB2 queries.
Troubleshoot basic system defects and errors.
Ability to interpret and understand typical client requirements documentation.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
