•Managed Remote Line Units (RLUs), associated Access Network and workforce to optimize productivity; along with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Multimedia and Broadband (MMBB) support.
• Responsible for Administrative activities, as well as Building and Fleet management.
• Strategically positioned to deal with and resolving communication breakdowns; also managed field staff to address customer grievances, achieve business growth & revenue targets.
• Performed activities as Focal person of Chief Minister Complaint Cell for PTCL Bahawalpur Zone.
Responsible for Site Design optimizations and organizing fiber deployment projects.
• Planned network rehabilitation and new project surveys, formulated development estimates, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and executed those projects after sanctions.
• Acquired No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and Right of Way (RoW) approvals from Local Government and Municipal Administrations.
• Liaised with vendors and other stakeholders for timely execution of projects.
• Executed Quality Assurance projects for validation of standards.
Final Year Project accepted for presentation in International Conference on Intelligent Technologies and Applications (INTAP) 2018. Project paper published in International Springer Journal.
