for Major in Engineering Thermoplastic and support to Polyethylene, Polypropylene. I have a techno Commercial role including Sales and business development.

ADNOC UAE and Borealis (Europe), manufacturer of PE and PP plastic
o To provide timely and quality technical services to customers in the region to achieve & to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, resolve technical enquiries & complaints, Response & coordinate the trouble shooting activities in a timely manner.
• Identify new application / market, and assist new product development to Increase Company’s market share.
• Promote product to customer with technical know-how.
• Develop new customer by introducing promoting Borouge products with technical know-how.
• Coordinate and conduct trials and testing to evaluate new and modified products; consolidate feedback and result.
• Analyse customers or competitors’ products and recommends Borouge equivalent grades that can produce similar quality and performance.

Automotive Plastic Parts for OEM like Honda, Suzuki, Toyota, Dewan
and Export to Europe, Plastic Packaging Container 01 Liters to 60Liters.
Process :- Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Plastic Welding
Materials :- PP, PE, TPE, PA, ABS, all in different grades.
Some Job Responsibilities as Manager Production.
Plan monthly-based production planning.
Effectively carry out the practical implementation of the company quality policy.
Selection of Plastic Raw Materials according to applications.
Plan, update, and ensure the compliance to work instruction and procedure.
Responsible to select new machines, material, process for production.
Compile and prepare new work instruction, standard operating procedure of present and new products.
Compliance of given production targets and checking in daily basis.
Initiate respective training of new employees and existing employee where and when required.
Ensure proper time line settings for the machine, man, and material.
Ensure good house keeping in area.
Effective use of raw materials and assuring minimum wastage
Monthly, weekly and yearly Maintenance Plan, Preventative Maintenence Plan e.t.c
Handle all staff maters and trainings
The Accessory Corp (TAC) USA is the Authorized Supplier of Plastic Garment Hangers for World Renowned Brands, Head office in New York USA. A Mediator is the Sole Representator of The Accessory Corporation USA in Pakistan.
The Plant Consist of Injection Molding Machines of Nissei, Jet Master, Hayabusa and JSW.
I am Responsible of all Matters Belongs to Plant Operation, Production Planning, Injection Molding Machines (Purchasing, Maintenance, Troubleshooting ), Production Staff training, Employment and Planing. Define uses of Plastic Materials. Business Development.
Continue to Develop Improvement in the Production as Necessary .
Manufacturer of Plastic Injection Molding Packaging products and PET bottles by Stretch Blow Molding Machines. Machines : NISSEI ASB 650 NH, JSW, NIGATA, SANKI Koya and NISSEI.
I was Responsible to Run Plant with all Accessories, Handle Machines, Setting all Parameters of Machines, Troubleshooting, Mold Installation, Controlling Manpower, Plastic Material Mixing and all Related Documentation.
Plastic Material Used = PET, PP, HDPE, LDPE.
This expierience was befor my Engineering and after Diploma Degree.

Project Design Thesis ::: • “Injection Molding Process Optimization for Engineering Thermoplastics”.
• Diploma in Polymer Technology of the University of North London UK. Taught at Plastics Technology Centre Karachi 1997.
