Liaising with consultant, subcontractor, Site Engineer, Structural Engineer & general workforce involved in the project
Review material submittals (data sheets, samples) of suppliers & subcontractors.
Conducting trial mix prior to approval of Concrete suppliers and Perform random audit of systems.
Supervision of Architectural works (I.e. Architectural Screed, False Ceiling, Block work, Plaster & Painting works)
Monitoring Fit-Out activities (I.e. Gypsum/Acoustic Boarding, Final finishes and branding, Installation of offices.)
Steel Structure:
Performing Material Inspection for the Steel Members arriving at site.
Performing inspections for the Steel Frames. (I.e. Cinema (19 Nos.), Carrefour, Kidzmondo, Xtreme Land, KidZania.)
Monitoring the installation works prior to submission for inspection & advising of any deviation from the specification.
Conducting off-site inspections of materials and fabrications in accordance with the specified requirements.
Precast Production:
To carry out daily Pre-Pour and Post Pour Inspections and preparation of daily Production and delivery reports.
Directs quality control inspections & testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials and products.
Fire Damage Structure:
Monitoring/supervision of all activities related to Fire damage Area i.e. Strengthening for Beams & Slabs and Repairing works.
Testing: i) Steel Structure: (PMI, MPI, UT, Hardness of Steel, Torque Tightening and Steel Sample Collection)
ii) Concrete Structure: (UPV, Schmidt Hammer, Pull out Test, Concrete Sample Collection)

Responsible to carry out inspection and test requirements of the project scope as per client specification, international codes and standards, as well as Inspection test Plan (ITP) and Method statements.
Maintain latest revision of relevant specifications, contract documents and drawings related to civil discipline.
Maintain daily routine surveillance on site and identify any discrepancies and generate Non- Conformity Report (NCR) of works and coordinate with discipline engineers to ensure corrective actions.
Responsible to review and verification the certificates & documents of materials prior to installation with respect to the specifications, standard drawings, manufacturing as well as inspection test plan.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on Quality status of all activities with their schedule for completion.
Maintain Standard Quality, Health Safety and Environment (QHSE).
Coordination with third party for the testing of Rebar, Concrete, Bricks and Field Density Test.
Preparation of all check lists required for inspection of construction activities.
