• Consolidate Monthly basis reports collectively from all distributors.
• Review the short to expiry product list on a Monthly basis.
• Send on monthly basis SC reports Implement a SLOB process on a Quarterly base.
• Accurate & on time orders booking.
• Close follow up with Distributors & CAC (Customer accounts coordinator) to secure orders getting invoiced & dispatched. Follow with CAC back & rush orders on monthly basis.
• Quotation management & prepare SC confirmations on Tenders offers on time.
• Keep updated with Landing update & OOR to Business Units for follow-ups,
• Quarterly Forecast update.
• Support New Launches Plans.
• Perform physical counts on Quarterly basis.
