Promote good vehicles and services to potential customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets
Make sale referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
Handle cash transactions with customer and scan goods and collect payments.
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets also redeem stamps and coupons.
To ensure the submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Keep reports of transactions.
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re-submission if any.
Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective
customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s
products/services.
Make telephone calls
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the
territory/segment.
Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas, to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
Specifies food portions and courses, production and time sequences, and work station and equipment arrangements.
Receives, issues, and takes inventory of supplies and equipment, and reports shortages to designated personnel.
Resolves customer complaints regarding food service.
Records production and operational data on specified forms.
• Serves Clients by selling products; meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains leads, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients and

• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
