• Perform 2nd Level analysis to identify issues follow by restoration of GSM and LTE sites (2nd line of Support).
• KPIs analysis and optimization of network.
•Integration of new GSM sites.
• 24x7 Network surveillance of the BSS (2G/4G), includes NE accessibility. Being part of BSS/BTS Support Team, responsible for ensuring network uptime through preventive maintenance of BSC sites and effective fault management in case of fault occurrence. Also guide field engineers in performing their assigned activities at BTS locations.
• Monitor alarms and performance information of the network on the 24x7 basis.
• Reporting, coordination and escalation of faults
• Generate and issue trouble tickets, Work Orders and Problem Tickets to concerns.
• Issuance of fault reports, updates and tracking to resolution

• Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages.
• Respond to customer inquiries via the level one or two Help Desk professionals (dispatched cases) according to the Service Level Agreement.
• Identify installation problems of microwave radio links of uncomplicated nature and resolve these promptly
• Working with experts around the world, participate in the remedy of microwave links in case of critical situations.
• Participate in technical discussing meeting with customer.
• Maintenance and repairing of radio equipment.
• Production of documentation and upkeep of database records / information.
• Maintain, install, commission, accept and integrate customer micro wave radio networks on site according to the technical specification and/or protocols agreed with the customer.
• Special Event support - implementation, testing, decommissioning and reporting.
(a) Installation and Commissioning
Installation and commissioning ofHF/VHF/UHF radio links, digital PABX, Ground to Air and PTP Radio networks, Data Security Devices, Walki Talki network, PA Systems and Filed Communication Networks.
(b) Maintenance and Repairing
• Maintaining the operation of optical fibre network (SDH). Field level maintenance of ground to air and PTP radio networks HF/VHF/UHF radio links, Microwave radio links, PAF field radar sites equipment, Defence Communication Network, Digital Exchanges, Data security devices, field level maintenance of Satellite communication Equipment, Voice/Data Communication equipment, trouubleshoots telephone systems, lines, and switch Digital radio scanners and a variety of sophisticated electronic equipment used in Pakistan Air Force.
• Depot level maintenance and repairing of telecom and electronic equipment at No 107 Air Engineering Depot of Pakistan Air Force. Fault rectification, PCB repairing and circuit tracing.
• Field level maintenance of local area networks and modems.
(c) Supervision Experience
• Site supervisor at different radar sites of Pakistan Air Force.
• Shift supervisor at Sector Headquarters communication Room and switch room.
• Two years experience as quality control inspector at avionics repair depot.
• Supervision and coordination the task parties working in the field on fault rectification and new installation tasks.
• Supervision of field operations as field supervisor.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and maintained all the correspondence of the installation and maintenance unit.
