Trained and mentored 7 Jr. reps. through role-plays, daily performance checks, reviewing weekly reports and shared experiences.
Sourcing the resumes from the different job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Linkedin, Indeed and Dice.
Specialties Recruiting (working with all "US IT and non-IT Requirements" on "Tax Terms" i.e W2 and C2C).
Resolving customer issues with polite & proper manner.
