• Motorola VHF, UHF, Tetra and Sailor Marine radios in coordination with QTEL Qatar.

Project Responsibilities :
• Preparation and review of FEED (Front End Engineering Design) documents.
• Review of IFA, IFC and As built drawings.
• Review of Method Statements, Interface Agreements, Risk Assessments & JSA.
• Maintaining project schedule by reviewing, managing and monitoring project progress;
• Monitoring construction, PMC, Commissioning, Startup and handover (to assets) activities.
• Coordinating activities and resolving problems (site specific & design specific) by conducting meetings with contractor/vendor and concerned QG Telecom staff.
• Surveillance, Inspection against RFI/NFI, witnessing cold/hot SAT, FAT.

• Preparing Operation Readiness plans
• Follow-up with contractor for project deliverables and Two Years spare parts.
