● Shapoorji is the main contractor for this project and
Al-Moayyed Air conditioning is the MEP Sub-
contractor for College of Pharmacy project located
inside Qatar University.
● As a Main contractor we are responsible for providing
overall technical support to the MEP contractor for the
timely completion of MEP works without any delay.
● Reviewing the Engineering Material submittals and
Shop drawings before submitting to the consultant in
order to avoid rejections by minimizing the errors and
correcting the quality of the engineering submittals.
● Monitoring day-to-day activities at site and liaising
with the civil team accordingly for stage wise progress
and clearances.
● Accessing the quality of the Electrical works involved
with regards to the installation at site.
● Planning, scheduling and attending regular
inspections with the consultant and electrical team once

● Executing the Project and planning schedule for all the

● Co-ordinating with the Design Engineer and
preparing shop drawings if necessary.

● Scope: This Project comprises two high rise hotels (48
stories each) and a large Podium area.
(Marriot-Renaisance & Marriot Courtyard Hotel).
The estimated price of the MEP contract value is
$50, 000, 000.00.
● Overseeing execution of the work as per approved
drawings, attending site issues and pushing for the
timely completion of every milestone of the area.
● Managing the execution of all electrical works in
Podium as well as handling both the towers 1. Marriot
Courtyard Tower 2. Marroit Renaissance Tower .
● Manage the execution of BMS as per the I/O point
schedule for the concerned area of responsibility.
● External landscape lighting and complete earthing
system has been commissioned and handed over.
● Installation of LV & MV panels including all cabling
for 11KVA Sub-station.

Client : NEW DOHA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
● As an MEP contractor Site Electrical Engineer I was
responsible for the installation of Electrical & ELV
works in the Aircraft maintenance hanger - Hamad
International Airport CP-26 Package.
● Control, monitor and organize workflow as per the
approved shop drawings and method statements.
● Involved in the installation of Cavotec Pits in the
Hanger Area.
● Liaising with NDIA and close coordination with all
stake holders for the Electrical Installation works.
● Attending coordination meetings with Site team
involving DIA (Doha International Airport) staff, NDIA
steering committee, Bechtel and all stakeholders inorder
to execute the requirements of End user Qatar Airways.

● To oversee the design and installation of automation
and quality control.
● Automation in food process industry and packaging
