• Played lead role for rig Alvand control system revamp project. Configured Siemens sImatic S7 system with modbus, profibus interface to power management system and DC Drives.
• Project activities incorporate developing designs as per specifications, producing I/O list, Instrumentation index, Interface block diagrams, Cable and Termination schedule, operation and maintenance manuals to industry standards, preparation of test plans for functional hardware/software testing, Configuration, implementation and commissioning of various systems.
• Assisting Project Managers with the procurement, project controls and resourcing requirements on projects.
• Designed, developed and commissioned multiple RTU system for Dubai municipality and Abu Dhabi Power distribution Company.

Prepared Functional Design Specifications, Architecture Design, Programming, Testing, Configuration of Power Management system for Central Market.
Developed PLC code for efficient management of Generator’s supply in Emergency situation. Load Shedding logic based on priority selection. Control of ATS operation between transformers and Generators.
System includes 2 no SLC5/05 PLC and 4 No MicroLogix 1100 PLC distributed in LV panels in the facility with 120 Modbus slaves (power monitors). SCADA system includes 3 No Wonderware Intouch Clients, 1 No Historian with IO Server.
Developed SCADA Application based on Wonderware ArchestrA System Platform.SCADA application includes monitoring and control of LV Switch Boards, Power monitor devices, Trending of critical loads, Alarm Annunciation.
Configured Wonderware InSQL for Power Meter data collection from IO servers and storage in MSSQL database.

Prepared Functional Design Specifications, Programming, Testing, Configuration of Power Management system.
System includes 1 no SIMATIC 317 CPU and 1 No 313 CPU, ET200M Remote IO, ABB DCS 800 drives all networked through Profibus protocol with Fiber Optic Media using Simatic OLM modules.
Configured complete Profibus network, Mapped intelligent slave device (313 CPU) data to Master device (CPU 317), Developed code in 317 CPU for Communication with ABB DCS 800 drives.
Configured CP341 Module for Modbus RTU communication with Generator control Units (DEIF PPU), developed PLC program for polling the slaves, developed data block for HMI visualization.
Developed Ladder and SCL code in Simatic 313 CPU for Generator control and synchronization based on the load demand from driller and mud pumps.
Implemented safety matrix in PLC code.

Prepared Functional Design Specifications, Architecture Design, Programming, Testing, and Configuration of Dual Redundant Control Logix System for Sewage Treatment Plant.

Developed complete PLC code for STP plant, Tested and Commissioned the system.
