Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods from Western Regional Hub.
Ensure inventories are accurate by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with help of the warehouse team.
Control damages by ensuring compliance to stacking norms and defined material handling process.
Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
Ensure that vehicles, machinery and equipment is well maintained, fit for purpose and working at full installed capacity.
Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
- Responsible for VOR & RUSH orders of BMW & Motorrad.
- Assist Inventory Manager for Weekly stock orders to BMW for BMW & Motorrad.
- Generate and review different types of business reports such as Stock on Hand, Stock aging report, VOR/RUSH Orders Report, inventory and supply performance (Fill Rate) etc.
- Prepare all requested reports to the suppliers
- Assist in modifying and making Inventory Management programs
- Assist in developing inventory, fast fill and stock turn levels
- Review the parameters for system generated stock orders
- Increase parts availability in branches to acceptable levels through weekly stock orders for branches with the help of Regional Parts Managers through ISO.
- Set a minimum stock quantity for ordering purposes based on the parts movements
- Reduce dead stock by ordering the right stock, have inventory evaluation and make special offers
- Assist in setting up all retail prices with the discount matrix as per company policy and based on recommendations
- Manage and supervise periodical and year-end stock checks for PDC & all branches kingdom wide
- Follow up with the manufacturer’s & suppliers all issues related to the parts
- Other tasks requested by the Management
Coordination & Administration for the Parts sales operation of 36 outlets with 150+ employees.
Work closely with the top management for budgeting, planning & restructuring of the department.
Increase sales through service counter/cash counter/van sales and B2B by implementing standard process & procedures.
Staff training and Development.
Introduce & measure the standard KPI's for parts operation.
