International Maritime Industries (IMI), located in The King Salman Complex for International Maritime Industries & Services at Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia, will be the largest, full service maritime facility in MENA. The annual capacity of the facility is 4 new build offshore rigs and over 43 new build vessels including VLCCs, in addition to servicing more than 260 maritime products. Major production operations are expected to commence in 2019 with the facility reaching its full production capacity by 2022. International Maritime Industries is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco, Lamprell, Bahri and Hyundai Heavy Industries.

Job responsibilities
- Spearhead efforts in reviewing contract requirements for project execution, identify technical requirements, scope of work; review Project specifications, Process Data Sheets (PDS), Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS), Material Specifications (MS), Plot plans, Equipment Layout Drawings, Review Project Philosophies, Area Classification Drawings and other relevant documents.
- Follow up project progress with EPC contractor SEPCO - China y in order to ensure timely submittal of vendor documents and progress of the project within scheduled time frames.
- Coordinate with logistics department for preparing Purchase Requisitions for the procurement of equipment and materials. Coordinating
- Interface with Concern Authorities for resolving utilities and related issues and conduct regular meeting with Contractor and sub contractors’ representatives, conduct internal staff meetings.
- Guide in preparing inquiry Requisitions; participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Direct and provide guidance in the Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), vendor drawings and documents.
- Coordinate with projects and planning on project time schedules, establish target completion dates, ensure target dates are achieved.
- Participate in 3D Model review, HAZOP & SIL meeting with Vendors and representatives of other engineering disciplines.
- Interface and provide clarification and guidance and technical support to construction sites, QA/QC and commissioning engineers, provide startup assistance as required.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER at AMEC FOSTER WHEELER Co LTD ( Wood Group)

- Preparation of ITB, performing Technical bid analysis for finalizing and Procuring construction Contractor .
- Supporting Planning engineer in preparing turn around schedule.
- Resource management during turn around.

Job Responsibilities

- Assigned with solo responsibility from concept development stage to finish the project within budget and project schedule.
- Initiate concept development Package with all required forms.
- Preparation of FEED with level 2 cost estimation and schedule for approval.
- Follow up with affiliate for Appropriation Request approval and after approval taking the project to Detail engineering stage by coordinating with design team to develop Detail engineering Package.
- Initiate procurement of long lead items and construction contractor for job execution.
- Preparation of ITB, performing Technical bid analysis for finalizing the vendor.
- Completely monitoring the construction contractor activities that are required as per SHEM system including getting safety orientation, compliance of equipment, skill and compliance of safety requirements as per standard.
- Managing Pre commissioning and commissioning activities of the project.
- Handing over to the operations.
- Complete the documentation/as built and close out the Project in SAP.

1. Install enlarged Butene Purification dryers. - 35 million SAR
2. Install enlarged Iso Pentane Purification dryers.- 40 million SAR

4. Install Enlarged Fuel gas Knock out drum. - 5 million SAR
5.EDC crude oil Tank - 15 million SAR

Project Engineer(Mechanical) at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex
