As Paralegal
-Preparing legal documents, data processing, document controller and bookkeeping.
-Prepares, arranges and composes correspondence from Filing to Registration of the Trademarks, Patents and Designs.
-Sent notice of Filing, notice of Acceptance, notice of Publication and transmitting registration certificate directly to the client.
-Advise and gave legal quotations from Filing up to the Registration of the Trademarks, Patent and Designs, Recordal of licenses, Assignments, Change of addresses and/or names, Oppositions, all types of litigation Examination, all the legal Procedures and any IP-related information.
-Responsible of sending Patents/Designs Annual Payment and Renewal Reminders
-Facilitate docketing system to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of global database
As PR-Marketing Executive
-Schedules travel arrangements and appointments.
-Ensures office flow efficiency and accurately; Monitoring appropriate calendars.
-Review all incoming Emails and complete appropriate actions.
-Provides Quotation to the clients.
-Facilitates and schedules yearly INTA appointments and meetings.
As Executive Assistant to the General Manager
-Directly assisting, reporting and coordinating with the General Manager
-Performs a variety of routine and complex clerical, secretarial, HR and administrative support work in maintaining office operations.
-Handles and Monitors Petty cash, accounts and making monthly/annual reports.
-Assigned in training newly hired workers
-Prepares debit notes/invoices directly to the clients in settling their accounts.
-Perform other tasks as required.
Attending calls from clients, manages their inquiries, problems and complaints.
Acting as Team Leader in Marketing Departments and staff
Attending to calls, emails, fax messages received from day to day (from Requester, Managers, Administrators and other contact persons)
Assisting co-workers / colleagues in any job-related questions
Assigned in training newly hired workers
Researching for Fund and Investment information via Internet as per request from paying clients
Close coordination and contact to Managers, Administrators and other contact persons about their Funds and Investment Information.
Extracting Prospectus, Fact sheet, Subscription and Redemption documents and other related documents.
Updating Fund information (Dealing conditions and contact details) into MFI Database.
