Office operations.

- Successfully organized office daily operations including housekeeping,
maintenance, security, and facility management.
- Set up a completely new regional office location from design to fit-out, to compliance with the local authority.
IT operations.

-Successfully managed daily IT operations such as office IT supply, maintenance, coordinating efficiently between group IT and IT support service provider.
Administrative and HR support.

- Designed and implemented office policies and procedures, such as a completely new employee handbook which includes employment contracts, visas, benefits, leave policies etc.
- Successfully designed and ran onboarding and offboarding of all office team members including the senior executives.
- Sourced yearly medical insurance supplier and helped the employees get the best tier 1 medical benefits, while removing categories and staying below budget.
Event and MarCom.
