Handling the switchboard, routing all internal/external calls, regular update of the Office Telephone Directory
•Meet and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner; answers or refers inquiries.
•Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
•Managing requisitions maintains and distributes office stationery and supplies
•Handling petty cash, ensured accountability and optimum level of cash availability
•Providing a helpful point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
•Ensuring all outgoing and incoming mails, couriers and posts distribution are well organized and tracked
Serving ambassadors and VIP guests
• Answering and forwarding phone calls
•Serving cold and hot beverages (coffees, teas, hot chocolate, ice coffee, fresh juices)
•Handling and resolving guests’ complaints
•Makes daily, weekly and monthly inventory report
•Takes orders and serves guests in a professional manner
•Multi-tasking by serving managers and guests while doing office works like photocopying and faxing
Answer calls and respond to emails
•Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
•Follow up customer calls where necessary
•Route calls to appropriate resource
•Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
