 Managing entire quality control departmental activities of EPCCo, a 3.3 MTPA dry process clinkering plant and 3.5 MTPA cement grinding plant equipped with precalciner, 3 Kilns of capacity 3500 TPD, 3 Raw Mills of capacity 400 TPH and 4 Cement grinding units of capacity 150 TPH.
 Managing quality control of Clinker / Cement as per specific customer requirements / National / International Standards like, SSA, ASTM, EN, BS etc.,
 Controlling parameters according to available raw materials and to suit production requirements using on-line cross belt analyzers (neutron source analyzers) and on-line XRF analyzers with Raw material proportioning system.
 Quality checking of incoming raw materials as per specifications such as Bauxite, Clay, Gypsum, Iron Ore etc.,
 Quality checking of new quarry explorations.
 Procurement and stock maintaining of laboratory equipments/ chemicals / Glass wares etc.,
 Managing water treatment plant / sewage water treatment plant for the production of potable / sewage water treatment for industrial / fire fighting / domestic / Horticulture purposes.
 Evaluation and training of new employees as per requirement.
 Chemical analysis / XRF / Flame Photometer / Spectrophotometer analysis. Calibration of the equipments to comply with ISO 9001: 2008 standards.
 Monitoring Physical characteristics including Fineness, setting time, molding, Autoclave Expansion, Air Content, Sulphate Expansion, Compressive Strength testing, Heat of hydration etc.,
 Conducting lab scale trials to find suitability of additives, such as slag cement, fly ash cement, silica fume cement, addition of grinding aids for increasing cement production etc.,
 Attending customer requirements / complaints if any,
 In addition, Qualified Internal Auditor for the ISO 9001 quality system as EPCC is a ISO certified company and periodically internal auditing is being done by qualified internal auditors. Also working as a Management Representative for ISO 9001.
