•Coordinate with all department managers to ensure accountability for all materials Maintain all sensitive data information and prepare appropriate project schedule Maintain all information for status of materials on weekly basis Collaborate with construction team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays and ensure compliance to all material requests Prepare required reports for all cost accounts and procurement to ensure compliance to all account payable requirements Prepare required documents and drawings and maintain all files for material delivery sites and prepare efficient work schedule.
•Inspection of incoming Raw materials by PMI and physical verification
•Good knowledge in different welding processes like SMAW, FCAW (MIG), SAW and GTAW (TIG) and electrode specification, details as per referencing codes and standards like ASME Section IX.
•Fit-up and weld visual inspection for all above and underground of piping & structure
With Drawing.Line History sheet (L.H.S.) verification & confirmation against loop file.
•Surveillance during welding at different stages.
•Qualification of welders as per ASME section IX.
•Witness of pre-heating and post- heating, Preparation of daily welding report
•Coordination with NDT team at site.
•Accountable for preparing NDT plan, seam-wise check list.
•Check proper backing of electrodes as applicable.
•Witness hydro test & pneumatic test for A/G piping based on ASME B31.3.
•Witness of NDT such as DPT, RT, MPT & UT as per ASME B31.3.
•Inspection of incoming materials by PMI and physical verification.
•Arrangement of hydro testing and maintaining the reports of testing.

•Witness of welding procedure qualification, welder performance qualification & approvel
•Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking.
•Experience in fabrication and execution of plant structure.
•Daily progress and man power status and records reporting to customer.
•Preparation of daily and weekly progress report.
•Maintain co-ordination among the field engineers & seniors.
Conducting weekly site progress meetings, QA/QC meetings, taking minutes and sending to the involved parties, preparing technical specifications and finalizing total quantity of individual items as per site plan.
•Review subcontractors welding procedures and ensure compliance to the client specification.
•Coordinating for the preparation of project specific procedures, work Instructions and quality plans as required and issue as per the subcontractor quality system procedures.
•Coordinating with management representative for Internal quality audits, quality system and follow-up audits.
