Team Leadership: Formally leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians for site execution, routine O&M, and critical troubleshooting of DCS, ESD, and field devices.
o Procurement & Vendor Management: Streamlining the procurement lifecycle by conducting technical site surveys, preparing instrument data sheets, evaluating technical vendor quotations, and executing PR/PO workflows for management approvals.
o Audit Coordination: Successfully serving as the primary point of contact for technical and safety audits conducted by ONGC and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies, ensuring 100% operational compliance.
o Project Documentation & Billing: Overseeing the preparation and validation of IMIR reports, site calibration logs, and loop checking documentation to cross milestones and apply for client billings.
o Material & Inventory Logistics: Managing resource allocation and material shifting logistics from the main stores to site locations to sustain zero downtime during maintenance cycles.

Managed loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of control and instrumentation systems including boiler/turbine packages.
o Supervised the configuration, simulation, and calibration of advanced smart transmitters and motorized actuators (Rotork, Auma) using HART communication tools.
o Enforced strict adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) protocols and international plant safety regulations during hazardous testing phases.

• Projects: Chemical Dosing (MNP,
ICW, SHW, BHS, SCA & ICPR).
• Performed comprehensive offshore site surveys and generated crucial engineering
documentation.
• Spearheaded installation, loop checking, and final commissioning for process control
platforms.
• Evaluated vendor data sheets and maintained close technical coordination for
instrument modifications.

• Assisted in structural cable laying, panel terminations, and installation of RMCS,
Telecom, NMS, and HMI units.
• Conducted initial site drawings and P&ID reviews for layout preparation.
