Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervision and inspect the structural concrete and rebar work, (like road bridge, syphon, head regulators and canal lining etc.)
• Inspect the road work activity along the canal for canal look after, also conduct inspection of earthwork (excavation /back filling) to meet with drawing and specifications.
• To ensure that the works are executed as per approved drawings, method statement and project specifications.
• Ensuring that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.
• Performing quality control tests with QA/QC for quality assurance of embankment, road structure as per contractual specifications.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports in tabular as well as form like at computer supportive to upper management decisions.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervise steel sheet piles installation on Head Tounsa Barrage up stream parallel to left marginal bund and on Nawabpur flood bund at Head Muhammad Wala up stream parallel to Chenab River.
• Inspection the rebar and concrete of retaining walls, earthwork of road/flood embankments, stone apron and pitching etc.
• To ensure that the works are executed as per approved drawings, method statement and project specifications.
• Performing quality control tests for quality assurance of embankment, road structure as per specifications.
• Established control points (Horizontal and vertical) and observe X-Section (NSL) etc.
• Verifying Contractor IPC’s (Inter Payment Certificate) as per site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports also various inspection reports as required, maintain files and reports and update to Senior Engineer.
• Ensure to implement HSE procedure on site, associated with ongoing construction work also coordinate with contractor’s HSE Manager for monthly training session for contractor site staff/labour.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Construction supervision of structural work, all types of culverts, parapet walls, Wing walls & drainage works of road along with urban areas.
• Visit the sites regularly to review the progress on project activities, resource usage and costs incurred relative to the data.
• Construction supervision of road structures like embankment, sub- base, aggregate base course & asphalt as per contract document/specifications.
• Responsible to maintain the progress, quality of works and safety measures of the project.
• Compute quantities relating to all items as given in the standard schedule / specifications.
• Monitor the progress to achieve the target activities as per the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the consultant and client engineers during site inspection.
• Prepare the running bills of sub contractor’s and also prepare the monthly material assessment for site.
• Identification of site related problems and take immediate decision also inform to my senior (PM) to rectify/solve the problems, the decisions proposed by me was always appreciated.
• With the approval of The Engineers (Consultant), the site related issues are resolved in time and good working relationship exists with the Consultant and my field staff.
• Ensure from our HSE Manager to implementation of safety rules to avoid major incidents/mishap and environmental pollution during the construction.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Conduct Inspections pertaining to permanent structures progress activities of works, which includes subgrade, waterproofing works, rebar’s & formworks installation and casting of track support slab and Stations on King Abdullah Road (Line-2, Package 1)
• Conduct inspections for utility diversion/underground works prior to proceed track support slab works.
• Monitoring of Concrete pouring activities of stations like under platform & platform slab, retaining walls etc.
• Provide supervision for Contractor QC personnel for all inspections required to satisfy project specifications as per method statement and as per approved drawings. Initiate technical query to
Resolve any arising technical problems at site.
• Monitoring and coordinating all contractors’ activities for the assigned area.
• Ensuring that materials received meet specifications and established standards of quality.
• Necessary instructions to the sub-contractor for speeding up in order to avoid delay.
• Supervision of rock bolt installation, Shot Crete, Fore-polling/spilling waterproofing activities as per approved drawing and project specification.
• Ensuring the personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.
• Ensure to implement HSE procedure associated with ongoing construction work.
• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports & Weekly HSE Inspection Reports that was submitted to the client.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Inspection/Supervision of canal concrete/brick lining, side slopes protection and earthwork, including raising and strengthening of distributaries banks, service roads, retaining walls for bank protection in critical reaches.
• Inspection of reinforcement concrete hydraulic structures (Irrigation system): head regulators, bridges, meter flumes, fall structure, cattle ghats, washing stations etc.
• To prepare record sheet of as built drawings to be finalized for extensive canal network covering one Branch and 79 Distributaries/minors including pre construction survey and data collection from site and irrigation department.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports in tabular as well as form like at computer supportive to upper management decisions.

• Checked labour accommodations & mess quality as per SSEMP also filling the HSE check list daily, weekly, monthly and maintain snaps record for report/meeting.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervised all construction activities regarding Road works, Bridges, Interchange’s, culverts and drainage works.
• Visit the sites, regularly to supervise the work and communicates sensitive project problems, issues, conflicts, changes and project progress to concerned sections.
• Planning for all activities from earthwork to asphalt including structures, side drains & culverts.
• Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly material assessment for site as per instruction of senior engineer.

• Supervised the following duties:
o Supervised the earth work filling, installation of different types of filter material and structural excavation.
o Supervised the pouring of concrete for Instrument houses, toe drain, pipe and box culverts etc.
o Supervising the zone filling material (clay core, fine filter, coarse filter, sand stone, wash gravel, transition gravel, gravel fill) used in zone fill.
o Controlling the placement of cobles and boulders, rip rap & trimming / dressing of newly construction slope on both side slopes.
Work as Surveyor/Civil Inspector (on Drainage/Utilities) in Mirpur New City for affected people (MDR-24 & 25) From June 2007 to Feb 2008
• Supervised the following duties:
o Control and supervise the excavation of trenches for the pipe lines and manholes.
o Supervised pipes laying in trench and alignment
o Supervising the tests on sewer & storm water pipes.
o Supervised the casting of the manholes, chambers and water proofing membrane in precast plant/yard.
o Supervised the concrete works for manholes, inspection chambers and underground water tanks.
o Control and supervised the backfilling and compaction following the pipe laying including the field density testing.
o Check final Layout of drainage structures prior to excavation and construction.
