Reporting and Responsibilities
I was reporting to the branch manager.
My responsibilities were; Managing the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
Allocating and managing staff resources according to the changing needs.
Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.
Liaising and negotiating with the customers and other parties.
