• Commanding full scope of construction projects -developing plans, identifying client requirements, and managing budgets, expenses, and schedules; supervising technical professionals, workers and sub-contractors, managing risks, and obtain equipment/materials and permits.
• Coordinating efforts for day to day operations for ongoing projects; formulating Work Breakdown Structure and assigning resources (Manpower, Materials and Equipment) based on their weight factor & quantity/volume of work.
• Leading project executions as per stipulated norms, budgetary spending guidelines and within the estimated cost, timeline & quality. Monitoring anticipating any possible delays and taking advance actions.
• Driving project excellence by scheduling project milestones, ensuring efficient use of project resources and provision of high quality, reliable and responsive services in line with customer needs and set objectives/goals.
• Mobilizing all required project resources (manpower/equipment/material/cash; attending project progress status review meetings with clients, vendors and sub-contractors and offering technically support for aiding planned project progress, altering schedules to meet unforeseen conditions and avoiding cost overruns.
• Monitoring and analyzing trends by measuring project progress using manpower/equipment histograms, progress S curves (General, Engineering, and Procurement), etc. and preparing productivity reports and making recommendations to avoid delays and identify areas of savings.
• Contributing to successful performance of assigned project through earned value analysis, primavera progress updates and look ahead schedule as well as the management of contractual claims including extensions of time.
• Fostering effective communication channels between internal departments and external vendors ensuring conformance to company policy, resolving grievances/claims and disputes and move projects forward.
• Overseeing successful delivery of projects to scope, target cost, quality, program and completion encompassing engineering, construction, handover and reporting the most accurate information and handling project conflicts effectively.
• Compiling summaries of progress and presenting reports through dashboard, KPI and Presentation.
• Submission of Weekly and Monthly report in organization /client format as per contractual requirement
• Preparing extension of time and prolongation cost claims and delay analysis, providing strategic inputs in decision making and ensuring the superior performance of projects to enhance business growth.
