 Arrange necessary attestation from COC, MOFA and Embassies with coordination with GRO.
 Process and review employment application in order to evaluate qualification and eligibility of
applicants, this includes screening and short listing the candidates resumes as per the Job
Description.
 Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information before processing them for technical
evaluations.
 Coordinating with On-Boarding team for the mobilization of hired applicants.
 Responsible for complete recruitment full life-cycle of recruiting, sourcing and technical screening,
short-listing profiles, candidates tracking, follow-ups, reference checks, offer extension, salary
negotiation, consulting, and very skilled at Internet sourcing and utilizing social media to identify,
network with, and recruit high caliber candidates.
