2. Drives the Il6S initiatives throughout the regional NA network, as well as mentors and advises Plant Managers as a Subject Matter Expert and may act as a lead for Regional IL6S Pillar and/or the IL6S Steering Committee.
3. Through the FI pillar, ensures a disciplined system is in place for loss identification and eradication connected to Compelling Business Need and Productivity Targets for the site.
4. Tracks plan progress, in terms of hard (SQPCDM) and soft results (Culture) vs. business commitments & timely communicate and report plan progress
5. In alignment with HR and the Plant Leadership Team, actively participates in the definition of the organizational strategy that enables the deployment of IL6S at all levels of the organization: structure, (AM groups, tactical Kaizen teams, strategic project teams), recognition systems, roles and responsibilities, union involvement strategy, etc.
6. Responsible to develop and certify technical skills required in site pillar leaders, supports Org. Pillar owner for soft skills; constant coaching to IL6S Steering Team in the site.
7. Reaches out to the IL6S Capability Team to allocate resources to support trainings, audits, calibration, etc. as required.
8. Links with IL6S regional and global resources to benchmark, re-apply and share best practices.
9. Defines and owns agenda for the coaching sessions, as well as consolidation of learnings and work between visits.
10. Supports the preparation and roll-out of IL6S in new sites within the region as required.

Own, support design and manage implementation of improvement projects throughout the entire plant targeting operational cost, quality and performance using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
1. Development, improvement and management of manufacturing processes for various PPMV product lines. This includes defining and developing work and process flows, Factory layout, new production lines implementation, material usage, tooling, equipment, and fixtures needed.
2. Creation and maintenance of the manufacturing bill of material (BOM), translating engineering BOMs to manufacturing BOMs and approving and incorporating design engineering changes into manufacturing.
3. Development and management of process time standards that optimize total asset utilization and labor efficiency using Lean Manufacturing Tools.
4. Improvement and optimization of material flows and work station layouts and minimizing inventory.
5. Creating, defining and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
