Key functions and duties:
Greet, assist and sell to customers. Giving a friendly and welcoming service,
To sell clothes & trainers of the famous brands such as Adidas, Nike, New Balance, Lacoste.
Work with the goods in the store and handle financial transactions
Sell goods to customers in retail and wholesale establishments.
Package goods for customers and arrange delivery
Price, stack and display items for sale and keep the store floor tidy and attractive
Giving information about the features, quality and availability of products.
Good knowledge in dealing with customer’s complaints
Knowledge of retailing laws and regulations.
Able to accurately determine a customer’s needs.
Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email.
Other duties as assigned
