Responsible for managing and leading the purchasing and warehouse department by planning, researching, analyzing, and executing procurement activities.

Planning & Management:
•Develop, Review, and approve complex materials planning, RFI, RFQ & PO’s in order to obtain the
best possible quality, prices, and terms.
•Review and approve contracts, bids, and supplier agreements.
•Negotiates, maintains, monitors, and evaluates relationships and contracts with suppliers to meet standards of quality, timeliness, and cost.
•Develop the department strategic objectives and KPIs. In line with the company's overall approved strategy.
•Continuously performing supplier risk assessments.
•Preparing procurement and purchasing reports.
•Compile and analyze data to determine the feasibility of buying products.
•Meet with other department managers for updates and other related issues.
•Ensure that all processes within the department are managed, followed, and updated regularly.
•Generate monthly project materials issuing/ materials sales reports and ensure that finance department invoiced projects accordingly.
•Establishment of a new supplier’s database by working closely with the CEO, CFO, GM, operations, and legal department.
Policies & Procedures:
•Adhere and Develop policies and procedures consistent with the organizational requirements.
Warehouse & Logistics Activities:
•Manage the annual inventory planning and perform periodic inventory checks.
•Inventory control.
•Review slow-moving items, not being used or expired in order to recommend the appropriate set of actions to upper management.
•Identify forecasted requirements for warehouses such as the increase in inventory levels, warehouse expansion, and increase in the number of manpower/half lorry required.
•Avoid materials shortage throw reviewing reports of materials availability and purchase order status of all required materials.
•Managing distribution channel with approximately 1200 locations per month.
Team Development
•Lead and motivate purchasing and warehouse team to achieve targets, within the planned time and budget.
• Manage advertising Projects through all phases estimating, planning, executing, controlling & closing.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Follow-up of all work related to the projects and ensure open and ongoing channels of communication with decision-making parties.
• Coordinate with all work groups involved in the project.
• Assign work packages to team members.
• Prepare Projects Status Reports and ensure copies are delivered to the clients where appropriate.
• Close down advertising projects ensuring a complete handover to the clients.
• Developing advertising opportunities which can involve placing advertisement in national newspapers, magazine and specialized publications
• Building marketing strategy and budgeting of the department.
• Leading a team of two members with the following responsibilities:
o Securing organization corporate identity
