• Reducing Recruitment expenses using free resources, renegotiating old agreements and adding new agencies and suppliers.
• Constantly monitoring company’s manpower requirements adjusting recruitment to budgets and contracts, developing talent strategies to achieve the growth objectives of the company.
• Involved with Operation Managers in all Recruitment needs finding solutions and identify internal promotions and future leaders.
• Weekly meetings with HR team, Operations Managers and clients if necessary.
• Developing Selections Matrix and Job Descriptions with Areas Managers.
• Training teams about attracting and retaining talent in organization creating an internal career plan.
• Internship and fresh graduated new project development with Qatar University and Texas University.

Main goals achieved have been:
• Deployment of 450 billable staff in less than 2 months to cover old gaps and be able to increase the billing in 2 months.
• Adjusting Manpower Plan to real budgets and contracts giving a real picture.
• Starting the implementation of a local Software tool for Recruitment, Immigration, Accommodation, Training and Employee Relations after selection of different market’s tools.
• Leading Performance Review project with HR Director
• Update to real processes SOP and HR Policies related to Recruitment, Onboarding.
• Searching and recruiting high candidate´s level for Management positions using own network without incurring expenses.
• Development of the Kick Off of a new project that would have needed the deployment of new 1.800 staff that should have been mobilized in 3 month.
