Worked as a master planner on projects in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi; wherein I was involved in formulating conceptual strategies for planning; reviewing detailed and tender drawings; delivering technical reports in both concept and detailed master plan where it involved producing technical submissions such as GIS drawings, development control regulations for the set plots and buildings and public realm designs.

Worked on projects in both Dubai and Oman as a lead designer. Managed/designed projects from Conceptual to Detailed Design Stage with a team; where I was responsible for conceptualization, planning and project coordination (attending meetings, coordination with the client, and suppliers, while keeping track of project updates).

Master Planner and Project Architect:
Experienced both local and international projects from residential master planning developments to large scale projects such as national government developments. Coordinated, managed and master planned projects ranging from 6 hectares to 1, 300 hectares of land.

Experience also includes knowledge in all reports and phases in Master Planning and basic knowledge of Urban Planning and Design; formulation of Design Guidelines for architectural development and Feasibility Studies on projects with sensitive environmental restrictions and local restrictions taking into consideration development impacts of both the environment and social factors; and experience in site inspection, data gathering and documentation, as well as dealing with clients, local government officials during site visits, specialists, consultants and presentations for public consultations.

Also, was a former assistant professor and corporate graphic designer as part of my extra duties as former Innovations Team.
