• Preparing working leveling Programme consisting of 19000 activities by using Primavera P6.
• Analyzing deviations from Baseline Programme.
• Reviewing and tracking the status of project Change Orders.
• Performing regular visits to construction projects and writing inspection reports every month.
• Planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising daily construction activities.
• Performing Earned Value Analysis and Management through Programme.
• Producing Executive Reports for the HQ and Client every month.
• Preparing 3 Weeks Look ahead plans to track construction activities smoothly.
• Pull Plan for weeks to monitor and control the project stipulated time.
• Monitoring and alerting the Project Sponsor on conflicts in the project delivery and providing advice on resolving
such issues.
• Ensuring all cost and planning reports are prepared and issued per Project Coordination Procedures.

• Maintained a proper onsite check for project completion and coordinated with senior experts to get clearance in
project design.
• Prepared Interim Payment Application (IPA), Prepared Mix Design for Concrete.
• Prepared Mix Design for Asphalt, Monthly Progress Report for Client.
