All operation & maintenance team(electrical, mechanical and civil) in the hospital are directly under my supervision for all works, maintains and repairs a wide variety of pumping, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, medical gases and auxiliary plant machinery and equipment. And also operating repairs and adjustments to electric motors, boilers, pumps, compressors, alarm systems, switchboards, controls, elevators, institutional equipment and other machinery; and supervise the activities of all of subordinates engaged in such work; and performs other related duties as required. Responsibility for carrying out and explaining established plant operations, methods and procedures; maintaining and preparing routine plant records and reports.
- put all the plans needed for the projects of construction villas, buildings, fencing & steel structures.
- supervising & managing all civil works electrical works, supplying water, drainage and air -conditioning works, and deals & arrange between all subcontractors to do their job smoothly
put programs of maintenance for production lines machines ( extrusion, anodizing & powder coated for aluminium profiles ) . supervising workshops which contains lathing, milling and steel works .
