Landscape manager
Managing all Maintenance sites sites and follow up with the Engineers, Supervisors in the department.
• Improve the maintenance at the sites / suggest new methods to improve plantation, monitor plants and plan for summer/winter activities.
• Daily contact with clients and maintain a good relationship with them / site walks once a week in all sites.
• Seek new opportunity to get new maintenance projects or new variation.
• Follow up with departments for requisitions and transportation / QS for the maintenance Dept.
• Instruct the engineers and supervisors and follow up PPM/ summer /winter plans pesticides and fertilizers.
• Have frequent meetings with the maintenance department staff to follow up with progress in each site.
• Follow up with all reports to the client through the document controller and engineers.

Developing the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, and monitor progress to meet schedule and budget requirements
Determine the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for technical aspects of the contract and monitors progress
Interface with Procurement and Subcontracts to facilitate procurement coordination with vendors/subcontractors
Review work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that quality is acceptable
Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of assigned technical personnel, and makes reassignments as project needs arise
Handle planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study
Determining the technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project
Ensure client criteria and scope are met by all engineering discipline
Expedite distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client
Prepares technical reports, project manuals, and documentation of activity for the client and project management
Attending meetings and communicates with clients and subcontractors
Reviewing and approve change orders.
