- Duties and responsibilities
•Communicate with insurance companies in order to bring approvals for medical procedures for patients.
•Checking on insurance claims before being sent to the insurance companies to be paid properly.
•Hold meetings with insurance companies in order to solve the problems between the two parties in order to reach the best solutions.
•Responsible for signing annual contracts between the hospital and the insurance companies.
•Visit the insurance companies and embassies, non-contracted with them previously in order to explain the mechanism of action between us and persuade them to sign a contract with us.
•Collecting cheques resulting from insurance companies and hold meetings with them in the situation of late payment in order to work better mechanism for better pay.
•Responsible for the hospital employee’s health insurance.

•Responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions.
•Maintaining the records with all transactions from day-today service.
•Arranging appointments and patients coordination with the doctors schedule.
•Helping patients make reservations for their appointments, confirming those appointments.
•Responsible for coordinating the dates of clinics.
•Acquiring insurance approvals.
I had the apportunity to study the greek language in Athens-Greece where I believe was a really good experience which helped me getting to know a different culture and people and experience which was enlighting.
