Research and analyses variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing, Schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic da-ta.
Sharing research findings with marketing team and setting marketing goals
Developing different marketing strategies by carefully studying all market forces.
Conducting market research on upcoming construction projects to identify potential clients.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
Preparing proposals, negotiations, expectation setting and commercial agreements.
Supervising Marketing Team in their day to day activities in order to achieve business targets.
Preparing yearly budgets and business plan for the division and reporting progress to Marketing Division Manager on monthly and quarterly basis.
