• Maximizing sales and profitability.
• Controlling the training & development of the sales team plus maintaining support services.
• Maintaining and managing customer service standards.

• Driving team performance.
Managing business complexity through systematic analysis methods that leads to problem solving and / or situation improvement to include but not limited to (Operations, people and resource management using mind mapping and systematic, critical thinking analysis to help in the process of decision making at changing environments while maintaining the latest marketing, financing and leadership skills and tools).
