- Design & develop with support of Stakeholders the corporate 2030 strategic transformation with Strategy Map, PESTEL & SWOT Analysis in line with ADNOC 2030 strategy and be part of ADNOC’ 100X acceleration program to driving the priorities for achieving ‘SMART Growth’.
- Develops ADNOC Drilling (AD) Performance Scorecards for entire organization (6-tier) - Corporate (with ADNOC Executive Office & Upstream and Line Directorates), Functions, Divisions, Rigs, Facilities & Service Units and support Human Capital for Employee Performance.
- Extend support to ADNOC Group & its sister companies in the context of Strategy & Performance.
- Identifies & leads business performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization for optimizing efficiency, driving performance, maximizing profitability, nurturing people (human capital).
- Work as the lead data strategist for making effective data-driven insights and decisions by using BI tools in the form of dashboards for the key business processes (Executive Directorate, Leadership Team levels).
- Automated Enterprise Performance Management (BI application) through comprehensive planning & execution, training & roll-out program.
- Manage & monitor the Business Performance; conduct bi-weekly performance Management Review (MR) meetings at various hierarchical levels (corporate, functional, divisional, and assets) to assess the Business performance trends and timely address actions points on system; facilitate functional pre-retreat and annual leadership meetings for sustained performance.
- Drive Performance Management, Strategic Priorities and Value-Creation initiatives at all edges through field visits, presentation decks, booklets, TV screens, roll up posters and adequate training & coaching to employees to expand the horizons in pursuing excellence.

- Prepare and participate in the Corporate and GBU (Global Business Units) level reporting and EPR (Executive Proposal Review). Directs activities of organization to plan procedures, establish responsibilities, and coordinate functions among departments and sites.

- Analyzes operations to evaluate performance of company and staff and to determine areas of cost reduction and program improvement.

- Deep-dive analysis & prepare cost presentations and interfaces with designated management and client counterparts for specific tasks.

- Prepare the plans, budget, revised budget, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, earned-value tracking, cost-variance and Project Management insights reports.

- Screen and monitor Work Requests / Orders from corresponding Operations Department to process WR / WO and issue necessary plans.

- To give several presentations to upper management and team members. Accountable for Cost Control System and monitoring of actual costs against budgeted costs.

- Carry out all aspects of Project Management including Planning, Scheduling, Procurement and Cost Control.

- Review and monitor of contractors’ project schedules - providing advice to project managers and project teams on actions that should be taken to achieve project goals / Intended deliverables.

- Monitor and control progress and prepare & present corporate reports with KPIs including costing reports. Identify and advise management for any anomalies or deviations and thus, management of changes in costs / CTRs (Cost, Time, Resource) through an approval process.

- Assign for more than 24 Oil & Gas plants (including 18 GOSPs \{Gas Oil Separating Plants\}) to support the plant engineers and planners.

- Coordinate integrated plans among sections and executions of the Break-down, Corrective, Condition-based, Inspection- Based, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance to the Operations including ‘S/D’-Shutdown activities, involving with Vendors and Contractors.

- Direct dealing with both OOK (Out of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and IK (in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) suppliers to order materials by B2B process as well as DC (Direct Charge) Method. Interface with senior management to fulfill the requirements of the Oil & Gas plants and act as a bridge to senior management at Dhahran, the capital of Saudi Aramco and corresponding Oil & Gas plant officials.
