- Develops ADNOC Drilling (AD) Performance Scorecards for entire organization (6-tier) - Corporate (with ADNOC Executive Office & Upstream and Line Directorates), Functions, Divisions, Rigs, Facilities & Service Units and support Human Capital for Employee Performance.
- Extend support to ADNOC Group & its sister companies in the context of Strategy & Performance.
- Identifies & leads business performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization for optimizing efficiency, driving performance, maximizing profitability, nurturing people (human capital).
- Work as the lead data strategist for making effective data-driven insights and decisions by using BI tools in the form of dashboards for the key business processes (Executive Directorate, Leadership Team levels).

- Direct dealing with both OOK (Out of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and IK (in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) suppliers to order materials by B2B process as well as DC (Direct Charge) Method. Interface with senior management to fulfill the requirements of the Oil & Gas plants and act as a bridge to senior management at Dhahran, the capital of Saudi Aramco and corresponding Oil & Gas plant officials.
