Reporting to Project Manager, I handle the following projects;
1. PROJECT NAME : Arabian Ranches 2-Rasha/Rosa/Yasmin- 382 VillasCommunities

CONTRACT VALUE: AED 750 Million
My Duties and Responsibilities are as follows;
• Studies the project contract drawings and documents carefully.
• Reviews the project schedule and highlights the effective milestones.
• Assists the Resident Engineer in directing the works on the site, as required.
• Inspects the work executed on site and ensure their compliance with the contract drawings and documents.
• To liaise with various contractors to expedite submissions and approval process.
• Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment and elevation of structures and fixtures to ensure compliance to building plans.
• Strong follow up of H.S.E rules to ensure the adequacy of safety measures on site
• Keeps the R.E acquainted with the areas of potential problems.
• Maintains daily diaries of events associated with the works on site.
• Prepares reports on the progress of work on site for the R.E review and approval.
• Provides needful clarifications to the Contractor with relation to contract documents.
• Directs the contractor to carry out the necessary tests on materials and works, supervises tests.
• Reviews and approves the contractor submittals including workshop drawings.
• Updating online all projects progress status with Dubai Municipality Portal, Building Control System (BCS) on the basis of bi-weekly program till completion certificate process
• Studies the contractor’s claims and presents substantiated report on the same to Resident Engineer/ Project Manager.
• Review Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings.
• Issuing site instructions and NCR’S to contractor and follow up with them till closeout.

My duties and responsibilities were;
•Plan, schedule, study and execution of the site works as per the latest approved drawings, specifications and up to the required quality, safety and time.
•Monitoring the Engineering quality.
•Liaise with the H.S.E and QA/QC department and ensure the quality and H.S.E requirements for the project are complied at every stage of project execution.
•To control the use of material and avoid damages and waste.
•Arrange material and machinery in advance as per the program of works and using them in most economical way by optimum usage with in a stipulated time and budget.
•Attending Daily Coordination Meeting with the client for reporting everyday’s progress and discussing plans.
•Preparing daily progress report about the work in progress, Men power and Equipments & Machinery used at site.
•Conducting Tool Box Talk meeting with the team on daily basis to ensure correct methods are being used for construction work at site and as per the H.S.E procedures and policies.

•Execution and site Supervision during construction work at site.
•Maintaining the records related to site works.
•Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
•Monitoring store inventory available on site and coordinating with the procurement department to ensure on time delivery of requisite materials at site.
•To control and use of material and avoid damages and waste.
•To get the approval from consultants as per the contract documents.
•Making daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
•Documents controlling at site.
