-Ensuring the Purchase of All types of Pipes (PVC-PEHD -STEEL-DUCTILE )
-Internal approval of Purchase Order (Internal system)
-Managing a Team of juniors Purchaser
-Cost evaluation of the Outsourcing work
-Subcontractors Capabilities Evaluation
-Familiar with major equipment and materiel (Facilities, Drilling, Wells, Business, Construction Materials)
-Vendor Pre-qualification and evaluating the suppliers capabilities
-Negotiation, Evaluation and selection of the Main Subcontractors of the construction work of the power plant (Piping, Mechanical Erection, Gas Turbines erection, E&I, Tank erection, HRSG Erection, Cladding )
-Negociation and selection of foreign supplier of Material and equipments (Europe and Asia)
-Conduct research, evaluate finding, and make decisions on procurement matter.
-Attend Bid clarification and kick off meetings with suppliers and participate in evaluation.
-Handling and managing both local and international purchasing, familiar with Inco terms 2000 and overseas markets.
-Resolve inquiry and complaint from the field

Duties :
I work in coordination with the director of procurement, accounting and planning departments. My work consists in:
-Ensuring the supply of raw materials (cement, bitumen, Sand, Aggregates, Concrete R-bar, geotextile, additives, iron pipes, PVC pipes, Concrete pipes, Borders, the different types of road fencing, greases and lubricants );
-Ensuring the supply of equipments (electrical generators, different types of tanks and vats, hydraulic pumps);
-Negotiating with different suppliers and following up administrative and business records of supplies;
-Defining the procurement strategy of the company;
-Daily checking of reports coming from the central stock;
-Mailing, Prospecting, Consulting, price negotiating, Fair and canvassing of new suppliers;
-Stock inventory control and establishing a monthly activity report;
-Checking and approval of purchase orders (PO);
-Handling international purchases

Duties :
-Monitoring calls for tenders (BAOSEM)
