Managing 21 outlets (Shoppers) all over Oman (Sarooj,
Khuwair, Ghubra, Madinat Qaboos, Azaiba, Russail,
Khod, Airport, Mawaleh, Sawadi, Rustaq, Saham,
Sohar, Shinas, Mahda, Ibri, Braimi, Salalah)
▪ Prepare development plans for the high
management.
▪ Deliver a weekly purchase order to management
to indicate the vender invoice number for all closed
purchase order.
▪ Work with the inventory team to insure that all
deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and
report any back-ordered or missing products.
▪ Maintaining proper inventory level for each
branch.
▪ Establish reliable lines of contact with field
management team to ensure that all field purchase
orders are accurate.
▪ Strive to achieve the sales target fixed by the GM.
▪ Put the sales target for specific products in the
outlets.
▪ Monitoring the staff performance by
communicating with them to solve their problems
at work and motivating them to get a high level of
efficiency.
▪ Arrange and fix the staff schedule and leave
schedule (80 employees from different
nationalities: Omani, Filipino, Indian, Pakistani).
▪ Manage for new opened shoppers, its divisions,
and internal processing.
▪ Coordinate with HR department for any requests
of staff or need for new staff.
▪ Visit the shops on regular basis.
▪ Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data
in order to increase sales productivity.
▪ Assist management in developing and reviewing
the sales budget and rolling sales forecast
including sales to budget variance analysis.
▪ Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting
to Senior Management.
▪ Analyze requests for proposals, coordinate
response planning with the sales manager
and set a schedule for bid preparation.
