•Effectively recruited IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment through DICE, Monster, Corp- Corp and other sources such as Google Groups, Linked In, Internal database, referrals and Networking.
•Handled client portals like Bee Line(Exelon), FieldGlass(Verizon, Xerox), GBams(TCS) & IQ Navigator(Xcel Energy).
•Create weekly submission report of the consultants to keep the track of their submissions.
