• Coordinate with network services & information systems groups, escalating issues to level 2 or 3
• Maintenance of ticket system - Receive log & manage tickets
• Install, maintain & troubleshoot all computer hardware & software within the organization
• Creating users in azure AD & assigning licensee e1 e3 e5 for Office365
• Installation and configurations of Polycom IP phones, Mcafee antivirus, Clearpass
• Configuration and support for HP pull print and providing demo to end users
• Responding & resolving issues before SLA, solving network issues DNS, DHCP etc
• identifying root causes of issues, end user supports.
• Keeping track of all I.T assets and managing inbound/outbound inventory.
• Providing remote support via Teams, Skype, Desktop central tool.
• Onedrive, excel, word, Configuration & setup on end users.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned I.T projects
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• provide technical assistance to technical & operations team
• Site surveying and identifying best routes and designing best possible plans for execution
• Manage the Installation of physical hardware by the maintenance team of several low current devices such as CCTV, access control, access points, switches, cabinets, turnstiles, Hikvision intrusion system, time attendance device, i.p telephony, QMATIC queue management system etc.
• Configuration & installation of software of all the devices.
• Managing and updating all the hardware and software.
• Desktop support - Office365, software installations and updates, finding root cause of issues, network LAN/WAN issues, solving the tickets before SLA, IT asset management, solving printer issues
Installation of workstations, telephone systems, wireless devices, printers etc.
• Supporting End users, workstations, laptops, scanners etc.
• Maintaining installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with timely updates.
• identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration
• and implementation.
• Ensure that the work is carried out within SLA .
• Processing of warranty claims for damaged assets.
