Risk Register is a Risk Management tool used for risk management and compliance. It acts as a central repository for all risks identified by the Kaiser Permanente and, for each risk, includes information such as source, nature, treatment option, existing counter-measures, and recommended counter-measures and so on. RFR is an MVC application developed for Healthcare for finding the risk and providing the response for identified risk and then assigning for corrective action plan.
TRO - Applications are custom built in workflow applications that allows IT and Business partners to perform several operations associated with Technology Risk Office. Customer can log the requests for different TRO services and Intake/Admin routes the requests to different service teams so that service teams can work on these requests. These application \[RFR -Risk Finding and Response, ARP- Asset Risk Profiling, VRM-Vendor Risk Management, EA-Elevated Access, RI-Request Intake\] deals with risk associated with business and provide appropriate response to them.
This component is allows to create the Business process by defining the activities as per the need. After defining the workflow we can publish. For creating the business process we can make use of the system defined activities and Custom defined activities.
Workflow Executor:
This component maps the published policies with the business process and all requests are process as per the given policy definition. This component is responsible for the auto delegation and auto escalation. This component is also provides the intimation mechanism in three modes i.e mail, SMS and simple alert.
Workflow web:
This component provides Web API for the human interaction for the business process. This Component is capable for contribution and escalation process. This component allows to track the entire flow of the single request at any point of time.
