Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand
and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing
techniques
• Monitor the HR department’s budget
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation
issues
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Deliver quality and professional service to all employees.
• Supervise the delivery of end-to-end transactional
administration activities associated with the employment
cycle for all employees and managers.
• Employee support from pre-joining to post leaving
• Ensure workflow processes are actioned in a timely and
consistent manner.
• Focal point with the Health Insurance provider, work in
getting and providing the best service to our employees.
Coordinate with the provider for Additions, deletions
claims processing, and renewal
• Managing designation changes and Job description up to
date.
• Provide monthly HR reports to the HR Manager.
• Deal effectively with employees’ complaints and service-
related issues, liaising with HR Manager when needed.
• To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection
and associated guidelines where appropriate.
• Payroll.

02nd Class Diploma
