 Prepare daily invoices and all kind of statements.
 Monitor and supervise daily collection and other activities as per operation master plan and daily
working schedule.
 Monitor and ensure NO Missed collection daily and submit daily report.
 Monitor and ensure daily performance for collection and work as according to work schedule and
service quality requirement.
 Control the finance flow.
 Conduct daily roll call (check attendance, briefing and distribution of works) with subordinate.
 Conduct study and make reports on company performance.
 Complete financial reports and present it to the authorized persons.
 Responsible to ensure all daily works carried out and completed and ensure the smooth running
of business.
 Ensure good understanding between the shareholders and the company.
