I have delivered innovative projects including a robotic-based system for medical fitness and visa stamping, an NLP-based chat solution, and multiple Mendix apps with web and mobile integrations. I have also led R&D on new product ideas and managed DevOps pipelines on local, Azure, and AWS platforms.
I have worked on several successful projects, including refactoring microservice-based project to improve efficiency and data platform with a Power BI-based setup on Azure.
I have also managed requirements and solutions for interfaces between multiple systems, developed a machine learning-based middleware for document identification
I have been responsible for the development and enhancements of the safety product mSiD, as well as managing the bid process for new RFPs. I have led the implementation of the Revenue & Analytics System (RAPID) at Pakistan Airline (PIA) and implemented mSiD at Wideroe Airline. I have also developed a test automation project for the cargo product 'Skychain' for all of its 12 customers
I have managed customer relationships and requirements for Emirates Engineering and Group security for 8+ years, achieving 100% CMMI-3 compliance for all projects. I have delivered 10+ new applications to Emirates Airline, which have transformed manual processes and optimized revenue opportunities. I have also developed the Engineering data warehouse (EDW) Data Mart for the MRO system in Emirates Engineering and lead the implementation of SOA across team and business units.
